You will love our luxurious Florida home, conveniently located on a quiet residential development within 20 minutes easy drive of Disney World, Universal and Orlando's other major attractions.  The villa sleeps a maximum of 10 people in 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and a double sofa bed.  There are also 2 living areas and 3 bathrooms - the villa can easily accommodate 2 families. The patio area and heated swimming pool are fully screened to keep out any unwanted bugs and overlook an attractive lake. The screened area faces south and west allowing you to completely relax on our comfortable poolside furniture soaking up the afternoon sun and enjoying the spectacular sunsets. 

Excellent location

Our home is located in the ‘Woodbridge’ sub-division of the Meadow Woods (Buenaventura Lakes) area of Orlando. This is a largely residential development close to Kissimmee, Osceola Parkway, Central Florida Greeneway and Florida’s Turnpike, ideally placed for all Orlando’s major attractions - Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World can all be reached in approximately 20 minutes. Within a mile is a shopping plaza with a large (Publix) supermarket, off-licence, Chinese restaurant / take-away and other useful shops. There is a larger shopping plaza 2 miles from the home that includes a gas (petrol) station, 2 further supermarkets, drug stores, several take-aways, banks and even a Doctor’s surgery which you will not need as you will be so relaxed ! There are plenty of  golf courses within easy driving distance.

As you can see, the whole house is bright and airy and furnished beautifully in cheerful textiles to reflect Florida and your mood whilst staying in our home. It includes :-

A fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, waste disposal, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave and dishwasher; all cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery as well as blender, coffee machine, toaster and tea pot.

A breakfast area with an oval table and six chairs.

The utility room has an enormous washing machine and tumble drier.

The main living area has three sofas (2 of which are leather), a coffee table, side tables with lamps, cable TV, DVD player and VCR.

A second living area has a large sofa bed, another sofa, a coffee table and side tables with lamps.

The dining area has a large table with six chairs.

The master bedroom (overlooking the pool and lake) has a queen sized bed, an en-suite bathroom containing bath and shower, a very large walk in wardrobe, ample drawer space and a large TV.

A second double bedroom also has a queen sized bed, together with a large wardrobe, drawer space and en-suite shower room.

Two further twin bedrooms both have wardrobes and drawer space and share a bathroom with bath / shower.

The home is fully air conditioned and all bed linen and towels are provided. 

The telephone provides free local calls and, as a special service, free long distance and international calls.

We also provide free DSL Internet access - bring your own laptop with ethernet port and just plug it in. 

At the front there is a driveway for parking two cars and a large double garage.

The pool is a good size with steps at each end. 

Pool heating, which is available for an additional charge, is recommended for the months of October to May.

A local management company looks after the house and they can be contacted during office hours and for emergencies.

Prices range from £420 ($750) per week including local taxes. For a detailed breakdown of our rental rates, see Price List.  Electric pool heating, which we recommend from October to May, is an additional £50 ($75) per week.

We require a deposit to confirm a booking and full payment 8 weeks before the holiday start date - please see Booking Conditions.  We can accept Credit Cards subject to a 3% handling fee to cover our processing costs.

To confirm a booking, after checking rates and availability with us, please print and complete a Booking Form and email, mail or fax it to us.  If you have any problems printing the form we can send you a printed one on request.
